No Fear Painting: Plein Air Workshop Mary Giammarino

October 17-19, 2008
3-day workshop, limited to 12 participants
Tuition: $450
Application Form

In this autumn weekend workshop, participants will be studying and applying many of the fundamental techniques of plein air painting. Together, the class will investigate light and its’ effect on the visual field and how to translate that onto canvas. Formulas will not be employed; there is no “correct” way to paint and no such thing as a “mistake”. It is Mary’s goal to equip participants with the tools necessary for a lifetime of exploration with plein air painting.
